Country Club Plaza lands Port KC incentives for $1.3B plan after taking time to talk to KCPS

The Port Authority of Kansas City approved a 30-year incentive package for the Country Club Plaza after months of negotiations between Gillon Property Group and Kansas City Public Schools. The approval is a big step forward for Gillon's $1.3 billion master plan, though KCPS' superintendent says the process leading up to this point "should concern our entire community."
