NorthPoint Development on May 15 will start move-ins to the first residential phase of its ArriveKC community at 31st and Main streets after almost three years of work redeveloping the former Trinity Lutheran Hospital site along the streetcar extension.
Kansas City-based UMB has a sizable presence in Denver, and the bank plans to relocate to a new flagship office. It will leave downtown Denver for a mixed-use development in a neighborhood.
The leadership change comes as the food and agriculture nonprofit prepares to hold its first events at the new facility near Kansas Speedway this fall.
