Valencia Place owner enlists brokers to backfill Plaza offices as Lockton prepares to leave

Overland Park-based Price Brothers hired CBRE's Kansas City office to find new occupants for the developer's Valencia Place, which will be almost wholly vacant in 2030 when Lockton moves to Leawood.
