TIF Commission renews support for $210M Country Club Plaza infrastructure plan, with some changes

The TIF Commission recommended incentives for infrastructure improvements supporting what, now, is a $1.3 billion Country Club Plaza redevelopment plan slightly modified from a version heard last fall.
