Royals’ $3B ballpark district wins planning support, so long as team studies noise, lighting, traffic

The City Plan Commission on Wednesday unanimously supported the Royals' 90.8-acre stadium master plan in and around Crown Center. But it added 69 conditions, including to address noise, lighting and traffic effects on nearby condos.
