Redevelopment of former Indian Springs mall gets more time to negotiate terms

The Unified Government and developers are racing against an Aug. 31 deadline to agree on key terms for the massive Midtown Station project, including land prices and tax incentives. If they can't reach consensus, a UG committee could recommend killing the deal in September.
