Old Indian Springs redevelopment costs balloon to $1.13B as UG weighs whether to deal or start over

The redevelopment plan for the former Indian Springs mall site has grown significantly since November 2024, when the project was announced at $700 million. The UG and the developer hope to resolve outstanding issues later this month.
