Midas Hospitality targets June opening for dual-branded hotel at Lenexa City Center

Ahead of its anticipated June opening, the $57 million project has added three new tenants: an upscale ice cream shop, a men's grooming lounge and a yoga studio. It's still searching for a restaurant concept.
