Project Description: Active adult community that will contain over 1,000 single-family residential homes. Involved in initial concept/theming, entry monument design, sales center layout and design, a multi-million dollar amenity center layout and design, landscape, and irrigation. Irrigation system designed to use (7) on-site ponds that were linked together.
