Lee’s Summit will help fund as much as $1.65B in infrastructure, projects by calling LDS Church land blighted

The Lee's Summit City Council approved a public financing plan that could support as much as $1.65 billion in public infrastructure and commercial development on 1,064 acres controlled by the LDS Church.
