Kustom Entertainment reaches deal to acquire TFL for $112M, but needs to raise cash first

Kustom Entertainment reached an agreement to acquire Tickets For Less for about $112 million in cash and stock plus the assumption of $35 million in debt. But Kustom needs to quickly raise cash to close the deal.
