KC Council may start receivership process for blighted Fed building. Then what?

The Kansas City Council is set to vote Thursday on an ordinance initiating receivership for Downtown's historic Federal Reserve building. To be determined is how the city will select a receiver and how the blighted high-rise could be renovated.
