KC Bier Co. sees a World Cup boost at beer hall, but outside sales are not as strong

KC Bier Co. is seeing big crowds at its beer hall. Although founder Steve Holle is grateful, he wishes distribution — and thus the brewery's clients — would see similar bumps.
