First apartments open this month in largest complex along KC streetcar at site of rotten former hospital

NorthPoint Development on May 15 will start move-ins to the first residential phase of its ArriveKC community at 31st and Main streets after almost three years of work redeveloping the former Trinity Lutheran Hospital site along the streetcar extension.
