Documents: Project Blitz sought $347M in Port KC incentives before arbitration dispute came to light

Developers behind what initially was described as a $500 million AI factory applied for Port KC incentives months before the start of private arbitration over hundreds of millions of dollars. Port KC said the dispute "certainly would have been relevant" to its project evaluation if it had been known.
