Children’s Mercy takes on bonds for multiphase $1.7B campus revamp

A Missouri agency will sell more than $400 million in bonds to help Children's Mercy build what could become a $1.72 billion modernization of its main campus with two new towers and extensive remodeling of existing facilities.
