Bank Midwest, Philadelphia restaurant franchisee trade litigation over alleged defaults

Bank Midwest claims that The Integritty Group's affiliated entities owe $27 million tied to restaurant franchises. One group of affiliates put 10 of those eateries in bankruptcy.
